Fill as many boxes as you can throughout the month and hand your card to a member of the Fitness Team by June 1. The more classes you take the better chance you have of being a winner.

Personal Trainer Tip
Set achievable goals – short and long term!
Try changing your overall goal from “just get fit” to more short term goals and ensure they are measurable. It is important to be realistic. Set small targets that will ultimately contribute to your long term goals. Achieving short term goals is rewarding and motivating.
